PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a construction result with high accuracy in computer aided construction with an excavator having a work machine.SOLUTION: A construction management device of an excavator generates construction information on the excavator which has: a work machine; a revolving body where the work machine is attached thereto; and a traveling body which travels with the revolving body loaded thereon. The construction management device includes: a work machine position information generation section 91A which obtains work machine position information, information on a position of the work machine; a travel body position information generation section 91B which obtains travel body position information, the information on the position of the travel body; and a construction position information generation section 91C which generates construction position information as the information on the position constructed by the excavator using either the work machine position information or the travel body position information and, when the excavator is traveling, generates the construction position information using not the work machine position information but the travel body position information.
