PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent habitual empty reservations because it is difficult to previously determine whether a reservation of a facility is an empty reservation in actual office operation.;SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, it is necessary to determine whether a person who reserves has a possibility of having made an empty reservation.
