PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave intensity threshold setting device, a radio wave intensity threshold setting method, and a radio wave intensity threshold setting program which set an RSRP threshold, which is for use in multi-cell positioning in base station positioning and for determining whether cell information of base stations adjacent to a serving base station is available or not, to an optimal value.;SOLUTION: In GNSS positioning processing, base station positioning is performed in order to generate assist data (approximate position information). For the base station positioning, a positioning result difference determination unit 89 obtains a difference between a positioning result of multi-cell positioning and a positioning result of GNSS positioning, and an RSRP threshold for determining cell information of adjacent base stations is available or not is changed as long as the RSRP threshold is within a prescribed upper limit value. This operation is repeated to adopt, for following positioning, the RSRP threshold by which a result closest to the result of GNSS positioning is obtained as a result of comparison between an estimated position obtained by multi-cell positioning and the GNSS positioning result, whereby the RSRP threshold can be set (tuned) to the optimal value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
