PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transistor characteristic calculation device in which a large signal equivalent circuit model is used, improving calculation accuracy of transistor characteristics by considering the influence of a trap, thereby achieving improvement in design accuracy and reduction in the number of times of trials.SOLUTION: A transistor characteristic calculation device includes a parallel circuit comprising resistance (R) 9 and capacitance (C) 10 between a drain terminal 2 and a source terminal 3, a diode 11, and a parallel circuit comprising resistance (R) 13 and capacitance (C) 14, which are connected, in the order, in series. By considering the influence of a buffer trap, calculation accuracy of transistor characteristics can be improved, and improvement in design accuracy and reduction in the number of times of trials can be achieved.
