PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing quality risk, which is simple, reliable, and rational in a raw material industry.;SOLUTION: A method for reducing quality risk, which is simple, reliable, and rational, is found by sequentially performing a deep layer factor investigation based on a simulation schematic diagram method and a unique evaluation method focusing prevention of occurrence of quality complaint (or quality incompatibility) for the investigated factor.
