PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linerless label pressing device for a portable linerless label affixing machine which has a relatively simple constitution and is capable of pressing a linerless label 3 against a transfer roller 18 at low cost.;SOLUTION: The transfer roller 18 and a pressing element 19 are assembled to a platen frame 17 to form a platen unit 6, and the linerless label 3 is pressed against the transfer roller 18 by a backup roller 38 and a backup ring 39. The pressing element 19 includes an element frame 37 turnable around an element shaft 49 provided on the platen frame 17, at least a pair of backup rollers 38 mounted on the element frame 37, the backup ring 39, and urging members 40, 41 capable of opening the platen unit 6 with respect to a side plate, and forming a space for allowing the linerless label 3 to pass through by separating the transfer roller 18 and the pressing element 19 from each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
