PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tenant management device capable of improving business environment while satisfying demands of both a building administrator and a business operator.;SOLUTION: A control unit of a tenant management device 10 performs tenant initial setting processing to initially set a limit value of power consumption to be a reference in a tenant management regarding a limit value of power consumption for each period included in limit information acquired from a business management device 40 and a building management device 50 on the basis of a preset priority setting. When a request to change the setting of electric equipment which will increase power consumption is made in the tenant management, the control unit performs tenant limit value update processing to update the limit value in consideration of power consumption plan and current status of the whole business and the whole building. The tenant management device 10 performs tenant management such as controlling the electric equipment of the tenant on the basis of the limit value of the power consumption set in the tenant initial setting processing and the limit value updated in the tenant limit value updating processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
