PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic quality estimation device, method and program capable of estimating acoustic quality deterioration caused by speaker arrangement.;SOLUTION: An acoustic quality estimation device (101) comprises: a storage section (113) which stores a head-related transfer function (HRTF) from each of a plurality of stored positions to a listening position correspondingly for each stored position; and a control section (111) for calculating a binaural hearing parameter value relating to a standard position on the basis of output signals outputted from a plurality of speakers and the HRTF corresponding to the standard position of the speaker, calculating a binaural hearing parameter value relating to a real position on the basis of the output signals and the HRTF corresponding to the real position of the speaker, and calculating an acoustic quality estimation value on the basis of a difference between the binaural hearing parameter value relating to the standard position and the binaural hearing parameter value relating to the real position. When a stored position matched to the real position is present, the control section calculates the binaural hearing parameter value relating to the real position by reading the HRTF corresponding to the real position from the storage section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
