PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information beneficial in evaluating a market price of securitized paper.;SOLUTION: A price information providing device 100 comprises: a screen information retention section 62 for retaining not only quantitative questionnaire screen information to show a quantitative questionnaire screen prompting input of discount spread of securitized paper by category of securitized paper on a display of user terminal but also qualitative questionnaire screen information to show a qualitative questionnaire screen prompting input of dispersion information about dispersion of discount spread within a predetermined category of securitized paper on the display of user terminal; and a screen information transmission section 14 for transmitting the quantitative questionnaire screen information and the qualitative questionnaire screen information to multiple users.
