PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve estimation accuracy of target motion by reducing an influence of self motion.;SOLUTION: A target motion estimation device includes: target detecting means 12 that detects an observation relative position of a target in time series; self motion detecting means 14 that detects self motion; and relative motion estimation means 16 that calculates an estimated relative motion of the target by applying a motion estimation filter from the observation relative position of the target. When applying the motion estimation filter, the relative motion estimation means 16 calculates the estimated relative motion of the target from which an influence of a change in the self velocity is reduced, using the motion estimation filter that is corrected using the self motion information detected by the self motion detecting means 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
