PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lacquer substrate material which has adequate quality, allows a user to obtain (purchase) a desired amount of the lacquer substrate material at any time, and simultaneously, can be formed through a brief and simple substrate-material-forming step which does not require deftness.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing comprises mixing raw lacquer and a stainless fine powder. A grain size of the stainless fine powder is preferably 3 to 50 μm.
