PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost-saving performance evaluation system of an air compressor, capable of eliminating necessity of an air flow meter and necessity of temperature measurement of an air tank.;SOLUTION: The performance evaluation system includes: an air tank 3 which is connected to an air compressor 1 through an inlet side valve 2 and having known volume to be filled with compressed air from the air compressor 1; a pressure gauge 5 which measures pressure in the air tank 3; time measuring means for measuring time; and an evaluation part 9 which evaluates performance of the air compressor 1 by calculating a discharge flow rate of the air compressor 1 on the basis of the pressure in the air tank 3 before charging air, which is measured by the pressure gauge 5, the pressure in the air tank 3 after charging air, which is obtained when the pressure in the air tank 3 reaches a target pressure by operation of the air compressor and the inlet side valve 2 is closed and pressure reduction is converged, an operation starting time of the air compressor 1, and an end time when the pressure in the air tank 3 reaches the target pressure and the inlet side valve 2 is closed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
