PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prism part of an analysis chip from which a gold film is difficult to peel off, the analysis chip including the prism part and a method for manufacturing the prism part of the analysis chip.;SOLUTION: A prism part 20 included in an analysis chip 10, which generates surface plasmon resonance in an analyzer for analyzing a specimen by using surface plasmon resonance, and forming a passage 13 in which a sample solution including the specimen is allowed to flow in cooperation with a passage member 12 includes: a prism body part 21; a gold film 25 formed on a predetermined face 23 of the prism body part 21; a physiological active substance 26 fixed on a surface 25a of the gold film 25 which is the opposite side face to the prism body part 21 to complement the specimen; and a protection film 27 arranged on the surface 25a of the gold film 25 to protect the gold film 25.
