PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slim supply device of a shaft-like component with a head member, which reliably transfers a component.;SOLUTION: The supply device of the shaft-like component is configured such that a supply head member 26 is moved forward to supply a component 1 to a receiving hole 33, the supply head member 26 is attached to an advancing and retreating base member 25, a holding groove part 30 receiving the shaft part 2 of the component 1 is disposed at a part of the supply head member 26, a transfer member 13 is disposed for housing the shaft like component 1 and moving forward and backward in a direction perpendicular or orthogonal to the advancing and retreating direction of an output shaft 24, a holding surface 16 is formed for serving as a stopper function of the component 1 in a housing recess 14 provided in the transfer member 13.
