PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payable balance calculation method and a payable balance calculation system and a fund transfer method and a fund transfer system of a bank system which can control the amount paid.;SOLUTION: A bank system 104 according to the present invention includes: means for receiving a balance request message from a security system 103; means for determining whether an enterprise code of the balance request message is a message of a predesignated security company; means for calculating a cash balance as a payable balance without including a balance which can be overdrawn when the enterprise code is the enterprise code of the security company; and means for transmitting a message including the payable balance to the security system.
