PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of analyzing exhaust gas for analyzing components in the exhaust gas emitted into the air.;SOLUTION: There is provided a method of analyzing exhaust gas that comprises the steps of: obtaining an infrared absorption spectrum of a target chemical substance emitted into the air; obtaining a plurality of detection reference value correction spectra by multiplying a standard spectrum of the predetermined target chemical substance by a plurality of detection reference values; specifying a minimum detection reference value correction spectrum among the plurality of detection reference value correction spectra by which a chemical substance emitted into the air is determined as the target chemical substance when the infrared absorption spectrum of the chemical substance exceeds the detection reference value correction spectrum, and determining a detection reference value multiplied when obtaining the specified minimum detection reference value correction spectrum to be a specified detection reference value; and obtaining a concentration of the target chemical substance emitted into the air, based on the specified detection reference value and the relationship between the detection reference value and the concentration of the target chemical substance clarified in advance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
