PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating container with excellent appearance like an earthen pot, wherein a request to save energy is considered, and also to provide an electromagnetic induction heating cooker such as an electromagnetic induction rice cooker, using the electromagnetic induction heating container as an inner pot.;SOLUTION: The electromagnetic induction heating container includes: a first metal layer formed on the outer peripheral surface of a container body by arc thermal spraying; a second metal layer formed on the first metal layer by arc thermal spraying; a ceramic layer formed on the second metal layer by ceramic coating; and a magnetic body formed in the container body and performing an electromagnetic induction actuation by a high frequency current.
