PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam distillation extract, extracted from laver, a seaweed, and having a high effect of maintaining health, antiaging and preventing geriatric diseases.SOLUTION: A steam distillation extract contains a compound having an effect of warming up a body is prepared by leading steam which has been applied to laver after drying or parched laver after drying to a heat resistance hose made of silicone, cooling the hose from above, and concentrating the steam.
