PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning flare holder which attains compatibility of both the heat-insulating performance for a road surface and the advantage that it is unnecessary to clean up after flaming.;SOLUTION: The warning flare holder includes a flammable vessel 10, including a placement surface 11 on which a warning flare H is placed; and a jellylike nonflammable material 20 stored in the flammable vessel 10. The flammable vessel 10, having the warning flare H placed therein, is surrounded with an attitude control ring 30 and is eccentrically fixed on the inside of the attitude control ring 30. Even though the flammable vessel 10 burns with combustion of the warning flare H, the jelly-like nonflammable material 20 does not flow out but remains to catch combustion residue, so that ashes of the flammable vessel 10 and the jellylike nonflammable material 20 are left after combustion; and since the ashes blow away, and the jellylike nonflammable material 20 will not be left as trash, because being trampled by passing vehicles it is scattered in a form of a liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
