PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump generally miniaturizable and prevented from being damaged due to vibration.;SOLUTION: In this pump 11, a suction side chamber and a discharge side chamber are formed in a casing 12, and a shaft-through hole through which a spindle 17 extends is formed in the casing 12. A shaft seal part for sealing between the spindle 17 and the casing 12 is provided to the shaft-through hole.
