PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cutoff of water of a concrete wall provided with a plate material such as a heat insulation material 44.;SOLUTION: A first cutoff ring 32 is crushed with a wall body 12 and the heat insulation material 44, and a cutoff material 42 pressed out of a recessed part 40 of an elastic dish part 38 flows in a gap between an adjustment pipe 26 and a through hole 46 of the heat insulation material 44, so a leakage of water in the gap is stopped. Further, a second cutoff ring 34 is crushed with a waterproof sheet 48 and a concrete wall 62, and a cutoff material 58 pressed out of a recessed part 56 of an elastic dish part 54 flows in a periphery of a penetration hole 50 of the waterproof sheet 48 and a gap between an adjustment pipe 26 close to the penetration hole 50 and a through hole 46 of the heat insulation material 44, so a leakage of water in the periphery is stopped. Furthermore, both ends of the through hole 46 of the heat insulation material 44 are sandwiched between the first cutoff ring 32 and second cutoff ring 34, so the cutoff material is prevented from overflowing to move to other places.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
