PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate ventilation amount within a space where unknown gas is generated.;SOLUTION: This method of evaluating the ventilation amount within the space 11 where unknown gas is generated includes: air exhaust means 2 ventilating inside of the space 11; and concentration measuring means 4 measuring gas concentration within the space 11. Temporal change in the gas concentration within the space 11 after the operating condition of the air exhaust means 2 is changed is measured, and based on the measured result, the ventilation amount in the space 11 is evaluated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
