A semiconductor programmable device with a small chip area and low POWER consumption is obtained. Thus and the semiconductor programmable device is provided with a plurality of row wiring and a plurality of column wiring which are arranged ON the chip, a plurality of switch fabrics provided at the intersection points between the row wiring and the column wiring so as to transfer inputted data signals, and a plurality of circuit blocks directly connected to each of the plurality of switch fabrics so as to input/output the data signals via the plurality of switch fabrics and wherein the circuit blocks output pseudo data signals when another circuit block outputs the data signals, and wherein the switch fabrics calculate the data signals and the pseudo data signals to output the data signals.
