PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately measure a temperature by reducing variation in output characteristics of an infrared sensor due to a factor such as a mounting form, mounting variation, or the like, and an error in a measured temperature due to a measurement error of an ambient temperature.;SOLUTION: An infrared sensor device 1 includes an infrared sensor unit 2 which detects infrared emitted from a measuring object 10, and an ambient temperature measuring unit 3 which measures an ambient temperature of the infrared sensor unit 2. A measurement temperature is measured by correcting a change to an ambient temperature of an infrared sensor signal based on an electric signal obtained from the infrared sensor unit 2. The correction method of the infrared sensor signal includes: an ambient temperature off-set correction step of obtaining a corrected ambient temperature by adding or subtracting an off-set correction amount of the ambient temperature to or from the ambient temperature obtained by the ambient temperature measuring unit 3; and a signal correction step of correcting the infrared sensor signal on the basis of the corrected ambient temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
