PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizing management controller solving the following problem: conventionally the concentration of a fertilizer in soil is detected by sampling clear supernatant liquid obtained by collecting the soil and drying the soil for 24 hours followed by adding distilled water, or sampling a solution in the soil after enough rainfall using a vacuum vessel so as to measure an electric conductivity.;SOLUTION: The fertilizing management controller constantly monitors a soil solution EC value calculated using a soil EC sensor where a cell constant specific to the sensor is set and an electric circuit having a rated electric output is incorporated into the sensor itself, and a soil moisture sensor so as to appropriately keep the fertilizer concentration in the soil.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
