PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a lid for a storage battery as is capable of saving the trouble of inserting a nut into a cavity of a terminal at its connection to an outside lead and preventing the nut from falling, along with an injection molding method of the lid for the storage battery and the storage battery with that lid for the storage battery. PSOLUTION: In the synthetic resin lid 2 for a storage battery in which a terminal part for the storage battery with a terminal 4 with a cavity, a cylindrical bushing with an electrode pole extended from an electrode plate group in the battery tub inserted and welded, and a conductive part connecting the above is insert-molded, along with in the storage battery 10 with the lid 2 for the storage battery, a nut 11 is inserted into the cavity of the terminal 4 to be insert-molded and fixed. Moreover, in an injection molding method of the lid for the storage battery, the nut 11 is inserted into the cavity of the terminal 4 and injection molded, at injection molding of the synthetic resin lid, and a bottom 4F of the terminal 4 is deformed by injection molding pressure to have the nut 11 fixed to the cavity of the terminal 4.
