PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy conservation support system that facilitates continuous energy conservation actions while maintaining motivation for energy conservation measures. PSOLUTION: The energy conservation support system includes: a power measurement system 4 for measuring power consumed by a consumer 2 having a plurality of load apparatus 10, and a support server 8 for receiving the measured value of power consumption from the power measurement system 4 via telecommunication lines 6 and outputting the information to a consumer terminal 9. The support server 8 periodically specifies a load apparatus 10 which can reduce power consumption, selects an energy conservation action plan associated with the load apparatus 10 from an action plan database, and sends it to the consumer terminal 9 via a communication part.
