PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure learning achievement when reading an English text of a content released on the Internet. PSOLUTION: When a learner performs the browsing operation of a content containing English texts to a web server 20 connected to the Internet 30 by using an multi-reading/quick-reading learning terminal 1, a body 43 obtains the content via a network and displays it on a display section 40, analyzes the difficulty of the displayed English text by using vocabulary information stored in a storage section 42 and displays it. After the learner designates the range of learning of the displayed English text by an operation section 41, when a starting operation and an ending operation of reading are performed, the body 43 counts the number of words within the learning range and counts a reading time to measure reading speed and displays it on the display section 40.
