PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device, an electronic bin tag, a radio communication method, a radio communication program and a recording medium capable of suppressing increase of an information amount during communication and reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: A slave unit radio communication part 11 receives a signal transmitted from a bin tag master unit 2 or another electronic bin tag 1 in communication between the bin tag master unit 2 and the another electronic bin tag 1, and performs radio communication with further one bin tag master unit 2 as a communication partner. A analysis part 31 analyzes the signal received by the slave unit radio communication part 11. A slave unit communication planning part 32 creates a communication plan concerning time of radio communication between the slave unit radio communication part 11 and the communication partner based on an analysis result of the analysis part 31. A slave unit communication control part 33 switches a state of the slave unit radio communication part 11 based on the communication planning information and time information output by the slave unit timer part 15 between a communication possible state in which the communication with the communication partner is possible, and a standby state in which the communication with the communication partner is not performed and stands by.
