PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner linkage control system, which controls temperature and humidity of a predetermined place to be within a specified range even after a predetermined time has passed and which minimizes the total power consumption of an information processor and an air conditioner.SOLUTION: The system includes: a power consumption estimation model 150 which outputs, as an estimated power consumption, the total power consumption of one or more air conditioners 310, 320, ... and of one or more information processors 211, 212, ... within a predetermined time; and a temperature and humidity estimation model 160 which outputs, as estimated temperature and humidity, temperature and humidity of each place after the predetermined time has passed. These models are established by using the measured data of power consumption and temperature and humidity at each of one or more places, which are collected by a power consumption measuring unit 110 and a temperature and humidity measuring unit 120, stored in a learning database unit 130 and then used as data for training by a machine learning unit 140. Parameters of these models are preadjusted by the machine learning unit. The system includes an optimum searching unit 170 which searches such a combination of setting conditions for the air conditioners and CPU load distribution of the information processor, that the estimated temperature and humidity falls within a prescribed range and the estimated power consumption is minimized.
