PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional transparent film having an excellent heat resistance which is formed without requiring an inorganic pigment, or which is formed eliminating labor-hour for permitting the particle size of the inorganic pigment to be a nano-size by pulverization or a gas phase method, eliminating labor-hour for classifying the inorganic pigment, eliminating loss in yield due to classification, and eliminating the labor-hour for dispersing the inorganic pigment classified into the nano-size.;SOLUTION: The functional transparent film is formed by dissolving an organic metal compound and a silicon compound in a solvent, applying a solution of the organic metal compound and the silicon compound on a base material, and baking the base material on which the coating film is formed at 250°C or higher. The organic metal compound is one or two or more kinds selected from a fatty acid metal salt, a metal alkoxide and a metal chelate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
