PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroless nickel plating liquid capable of depositing a nickel plating film having excellent foldability resistance. PSOLUTION: A self catalyst type electroless nickel plating liquid contains alkylene diamine compound which is expressed by general formula (I). In the formula, RSP1/SP, RSP2/SP, RSP3/SPand RSP4/SPare identical to or different from one another, and each is a hydrogen atom or a hydrogen group.
