PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein since a conventional wind pressure shutter or shutter with a ventilation fan provided in a house has a closed structure by linear contact in which a plurality of shutter plates are journaled to a shutter frame body and a free end side of the upper shutter plate is brought into contact with the surface of the lower shutter plate during downward stop of the shutter plates, when the shutter plates are loosened once, the closing state is collapsed to generate a clearance, requiring the improvement. PSOLUTION: This highly airtight shutter includes: a shutter frame body; mounting projections provided in the vertical direction on right and left sides of the shutter frame body; shutter plate support metal fittings each provided on the outer side of the mounting projection, having a journaled base end side and supporting a plurality of shutter plates; respective cooperative plates provided on right and left side faces on the outer sides of the shutter plate support metal fittings and journaled to the center of the hood direction; magnets provided on casing sides of the cooperative plates; and spaces to which the magnets are fixed and which are arranged in the shutter frame body.
