PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management apparatus, method and program for accurately detecting the performance deterioration of a system.;SOLUTION: The operation management apparatus includes: a normal model distribution accumulation means for holding the range of distribution of the collapse of the correlation of a normal model when the system is normally operated; a fault model distribution accumulation means for holding a fault model when any abnormality occurs in the system; a correlation variant distribution determination means for determining whether or not the distribution of the collapse of each correlation model of performance information falls within the range of the distribution of the collapse of the normal model; a correlation variant history accumulation means for holding the distribution of the collapse of each collation model determined to not fall within the range; and a correlation collapse increase determination means for determining whether or not the distribution of the collapse of each correlation model held by the correlation variant history accumulation means tends to approximate the distribution of the collapse of the fault model accumulated by the fault model distribution accumulation means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
