P To provide a pavement block and a method for manufacturing thereof, capable of improving workability when paving the blocks of preventing corners of the blocks from contacting each other due to displacement and of preventing the corners from chipping OFF and exfoliating. PSOLUTION: The pavement block 200 has a shape whose ratio of lengths in a short direction and a longitudinal direction is integer and is paved ON a road surface. The block includes: a body 210 having four projected corners 215 formed of four side faces 212 and 213; and planer-plate shaped joint-keeps 220 and 230 projected in the thickness direction of the planer plate ON the respective side faces and almost contacted with vertical surfaces C dividing the respective side faces in accordance with the integer ratio or with extended surfaces D of the respective side faces. The joint keeps 220 and 230 are uniformly arranged ON one side of a clockwise side or an anti-clockwise side viewed from the upper surface of nearly contacted with C and D.
