PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion-type adhesive agent composition that is environmentally friendly, gives an adhesive sheet exhibiting good olefin adhesive force and good retention and curved surface applicability even when a neutral paper containing calcium carbonate or a glossy paper is used as a surface substrate, and does not suffer from deterioration with time in adhesive properties such as retention and curved surface applicability even when preserved for a long period of time. PSOLUTION: The emulsion-type adhesive agent composition comprises emulsion [I] obtained by emulsion-polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (A) comprising an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (a1) represented by general formula (1) in the presence of a tackifier (B). In the formula, RSP1/SPis a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; RSP2/SPis an ethylene group or a -CONH- group; i is 0 or 1; RSP3/SPis a 1C-6C alkylene group; k is 0 or 1; and YSP+/SPis a hydrogen ion or a counter ion.
