PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition excellent in pressure-sensitive adhesiveness and transparency, a pressure-sensitive adhesive film or sheet, its manufacturing method, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive product composed of the pressure-sensitive adhesive film or sheet.;SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin composition comprises at least one polyolefin resin selected from the group consisting of a copolymer of ethylene and an ethylenically unsaturated ester, a copolymer of ethylene and an unsaturated carboxylic acid, a copolymer of ethylene and a 3-12C -olefin, and an amorphous or low crystalline -olefin polymer and has a melt flow rate of 1-20 g/10 min, a durometer hardness A of 50-98, and a number of defects having a diameter of not more than 50 m of not more than 30/m². The pressure-sensitive adhesive film or sheet is composed of the polyolefin resin composition, and its manufacturing method is disclosed.
