PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide whether or not a concentration of impurity gas after filling a compressed gas exceeds predetermined concentration before filling the compressed gas.;SOLUTION: The method comprises a step of opening a first opening/closing valve 32 and filling the compressed gas in a plurality of pressure vessels when opening the original valve B1 of each pressure vessels B after connecting the plurality of pressure vessels B with the compressed gas remained inside to a compressed gas filling device 1, equally pressurizing and analyzing the concentration of the impurity gas included in the compressed gas by an analyzer and determining if the concentration of the impurity gas is below an analysis pass value prior to filling calculated from a product pass value of concentration of the impurity gas in the pressure vessels after filling the compressed gas and a filling condition to the pressure vessels. Thereby, it is possible to perform analysis efficiently because the plurality of pressure vessels B can simultaneously be analyzed.
