The present invention relates to the creation of monoclonal antibodies and the like having a binding activity against many high-risk HPVs. In addition, the present invention provides a simple and high-throughput method for measuring cross-linked neutralizing antibody titer and the like used for measurement of HPV cross-linking neutralizing antibody in the serum of a subject.
