PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote purchase of merchandise with enhanced efficiency in an electronic commerce transaction.;SOLUTION: An EC server 10 records, as a reference period, a period in which a user has accessed merchandise information indicating a product sold under a first sales condition in an access history database 24. The EC server 10 includes: a price adjustment part 12b for setting, when a user accesses the merchandise information after the reference period, a second sales condition disadvantageous to the user compared with the first sales condition on the basis of an elapsed period from the reference period to the access or the number of accesses to the merchandise information by the user after the reference period; and a page transmission part 13 for presenting the user with the second sales condition in place of the first sales condition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
