PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a large space building, wherein a temperature gradient is generated in a height direction inside the building, hot air is thereby collected in the vicinity of a ceiling and in the upper part of seats, which worsens an air conditioning efficiency as warming air is made to flow out in the vicinity of the ceiling where air conditioning is unnecessary, and also worsens a thermal environment of the upper part of the seat as it is to be an air-conditioned space.;SOLUTION: An air discharge path 9a from the discharge side to the outdoor side of a blower 6, an indoor air suction path 9b from the indoor side to the suction side of the blower, and an outside air suction path 9c from the outdoor side to the suction side of the blower, are provided in a ceiling side, in the large space building having a plurality of floors for residential area spaces. Switching dampers 10 are provided in these paths to be switchable between air supply and exhaust.
