PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management system for efficiently acquiring an instruction for maintenance even to a facility disposed in an area. PSOLUTION: The maintenance management system includes: a management section data recording means recording data including position coordinate data of a management section, and time data related to the maintenance of the management section with respect to the management section obtained by dividing the area; a similarity calculation means calculating a similarity between a plurality of management sections; a maintenance management section calculation means calculating a maintenance management section that is a group of the management sections each obtained by extracting the management section having a certain similarity; and a maintenance instruction output means outputting a maintenance instruction with the maintenance management section as a unit.
