PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meal management system for making it easy to input the intake of food. PSOLUTION: The meal management system includes: a food database for storing data including the standard usage of food equivalent to one meal for every food name; a first means for extracting a food name included in the meal content data from the meal content data showing meal content input by a user; a second means for obtaining standard usage corresponding to the food name from the food database for every food name extracted from the meal content data as the intake of the food; a third means for displaying an intake changing screen for presenting the intake corresponding to the food name extracted by the first means, and for making the user change the intake; and a fourth means for, when the changing operation of the intake of the food is performed, changing the intake of the food according to the changing operation.
