PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a coating liquid for a charge generating layer of a photoreceptor with an organic photosensitive layer, which uses water applying the least environmental load as a solvent and is superior in temporal stability of liquid physical properties when being manufactured; a photoreceptor which includes the charge generating layer formed using the coating liquid and is superior in repeat characteristics and environmental stability; and an image forming apparatus including the photoreceptor.;SOLUTION: The coating liquid for a charge generating layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor with an organic photosensitive layer contains a charge generating material, a blocked isocyanate compound, a resin having an active hydrogen-containing group capable of reacting with an isocyanate group in the blocked isocyanate compound, and an aqueous medium.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
