Bioactivity composition of Reevesia formosana

摘要

A series cardenolide derivatives including structure of formula I from the root of Reevesia formosana have provided. In formula (1) and (2), where R³, R⁵, R¹⁰ and R¹⁶ are as defined in the specification. The derivatives compounds showed potent cytotoxicity against MCF-7, NCI-H460, and HepG2 cancer cell lines.;
