The aim of this is to provide an electronic Mechanical device, capable of making measurements of time with millisecond precision, Kinematics and dynamics for Experiments in Physics Laboratories of university level, to study the Movement of Objects that are Move in a straight line.In particular, we present a version of the device that is mounted on an inclined Plane, but the system of measurement times can be adapted to other geometries. The Measuring device is formed by two times of laser based optical barriers, a light-emitting Diode and a photoresistor receptor.When an object Interrupts the first Beam, a self-designed Electronic Timer with the precision specified. Then, to move, to short the second Barrier, Stopping the clock, and the interval of time measured is displayed on a display. The measuring range is 0 to 9999 seconds.
