The contract supported a program for the installation and use of Time-of-Flight facility. The report described the major features of the work done during the period on the pulsed beam project. It can be divided into three major sections: A description of the pulsed beam facility and the features of its design; The experimental program and results ; An attempt to study damage effects in calcogenous glasses.
