IBLS films containing PPV anchored to the hybrid silane Pt used in simultaneous determination of dopamine and interferences. The present invention consists in incoporau00e7u00e3o of nanoparticles of platinum in cavities of a polymeric matrix of silane. The synthesis of nanoparticles was carried out by the reduction of the ions Pt ^ 4 + ^ of the acid cloroplatu00ednio (H ~ 2 ~ PTCL ~ 6 ~).The hybrid obtained (silane - PT) was used in the preparation of the films layer by layer (LBL) alternated with soluble polymer of the class of PPV. These films were used as sensors in the simultaneous determination of dopamine, in the middle of the interfering ascorbic acid and uric acid. The detection was at physiological pH using as electrolyte support nano ~ 3 ~.Under these conditions the sensor has a detection limit of 6.0 x 10 ^ - 7 ^ mol L ^ - 1 ^, limit of quantification of 2.07 x 10 ^ 6 ^ mol L ^ - 1 ^ and sensitivity equal to 2.7 x 10 ^ 6 ^ / moil ^ 1 ^.There was the oxidation of dopamine at around 0.9 V, and the oxidation of interfering in 1.4 V with a large potential difference, around 600 MV, the peak current of oxidation of the neurotransmitter dopamine and interferences.
