PURPOSE: An ultraviolet curable organic-inorganic hybrid resin and an ultraviolet curable organic and inorganic composite resin composition for an optical film are provided to ensure excellent optical diffusion property and to enable use in the manufacture of a coating solution for an optical film and various displays. ;CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet curable organic-inorganic hybrid resin forms a triblock organic-inorganic hybrid resin of an ultraviolet curable metal oxide nanosol-silane compound-urethane acrylate by reacting a nanosol-silane coupling chelate compound with a urethane acrylate prepolymer in a weight ratio of 2:8 ~ 8:2, wherein the nanosol-silane coupling chelate compound is obtained by surface-modifying metal oxide nasosol with a silane compound.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
