PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION UNDERSTANDING DESLORATATE AND PREDNISOLONE AND THEIR USE. The present invention relates to an oral administration liquid pharmaceutical composition and its use, said composition comprising: (i) a therapeutically effective amount of desloratadine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; (ii) a therapeutically effective amount of prednisolone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; (iii) a set of pharmaceutically acceptable excipients wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable excipients wherein the flavoring agent excipient employed is vanilla-free or a derivative thereof, and wherein the pH of said composition is maintained within a range of between 6, 0 and 7.5. In the preferred embodiment, the composition of the invention is an antihistamine composition for oral administration in the form of sweeteners intended for pediatric use.
